LARGE INTESTINE CANCER


Large Intestine Cancer is also called as Large Bowel Cancer or Colon Cancer or Rectal Cancer. Colon cancer occurs when a cancerous tumour develops in the large intestine while rectal cancer develops in the rectum. The main function if colon or large intestine is to extracts water and salt from solid wastes. Colon cancer and rectal cancer can occur together. This condition is called as a colorectal cancer.
